Senior Associate
Nabil Charkaoui is based in Phi Finney McDonald’s London office and brings a wealth of experience in class actions, representative claims, collective actions, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to Joining Phi Finney McDonald, Nabil spent six years at Hausfeld where he developed significant experience in relation to claims involving cartels, abuses of dominance, data breach, human rights, LIBOR and financial mis-selling. He has acted for claimants in a number of high profile multi-million High Court actions and has been successful in recovering, in particular, compensation for claimants who have suffered loss as a result of anti-competitive behaviour.
Nabil has also previously worked at Sullivan & Worcester UK LLP where he was successful in obtaining a High Court judgment on behalf of a large international bank. He has also completed internships in the United Arab Emirates in both corporate law and arbitration.
At Phi Finney McDonald, Nabil investigates new class actions and assists in the efficient conduct of ongoing matters.
